Coffee To Go

Goodbye To Fall
I took this photo about a month ago and already it looks outdated and from another season. We have seemed to have kissed fall goodbye. It has turned bitterly cold and yesterday's skies threatened snow. (2011)

Kreshatik
Last weekend there was a marathon and athletes ran up and down Kreshatik. Back and forth. Tired and hot. You can see the Tymoshenko protesters lined up on the sidewalk on the far side of the street.9.19.2011

Britney Spears is coming to Kyiv. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Fall
Fall has definitely arrived in Kyiv. We are busy each day trying to squeeze every last bit of the good weather out of the end of summer. It's really a beautiful season here and we are having gorgeous weather. (2011)

Winter

End Of Summer
Summer weather has changed and the end is coming. It is cooler out. The sky in this photo gives this away.

People
It's hard for me to get good photos of people I don't know on the street. I feel obnoxious getting in their face with a camera to take a photo and in the past this has freaked some people out so I try to do it without them seeing me. Bear with me. I am working on getting better at this.
