I love that part of Kyiv! I was near that very spot in July 2007. Did they replace that great Ukrainian cafeteria with a Domino's?! That is sad. There is another location of the cafeteria chain in Lviv. St. Andrew's is my favorite Kyiv church, which makes this photo even better.
No, Putzhata Huta is still there. But underneath it was a Mr. Snack and now it's gone and that's where Dominos is. Now you can choose between Ukrainian or American food! ;)
Well that's a relief! And I guess if I live in Ukraine I would get homesick for American food, so I am glad the option is there. But right now I am feeling very nostalgic for Putzhata Huta!
